1. About these terms

These terms apply to anyone who creates a Memory Box ("you", the account holder) and to guests who add messages to one. By using My Memory Box you agree to them.

2. Free trial and payment

You can create a Memory Box and try it free, with no credit card needed. To unlock the full experience you make a one-time payment of £9.99 per event. There are no subscriptions or renewals.

3. Upload limits and fair use

There is no limit on the number of guests or on the total number of photos, videos, voice notes and written messages a Memory Box can collect.

Individual uploads are subject to these limits: photos and videos up to 200MB each; videos up to 30 seconds; voice notes up to 2 minutes; written messages up to 1,500 characters, and Time Capsule notes up to 4,000 characters.

To prevent spam and accidental duplicates, each guest device may send up to 5 photos, 3 videos, 4 voice notes and 8 written messages per event, with a short pause required between submissions and a temporary cooldown after several rapid submissions.

We may change these limits to keep the service reliable, and may remove content or restrict access where the service is being misused.

4. Your content

You and your guests keep ownership of everything uploaded. You give us permission to store and display it only so we can provide the service to you. Your gallery is private to your account.

Guests must only upload content they have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, offensive or harmful.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can ask us to delete your account and its content at any time via the Help & support page.

6. Liability

We take care to keep your memories safe, but we recommend downloading a copy of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the event concerned.
